Gently Used, in almost new condition! This navy blue printed fabric is perfect for summer time fun! Adjustable cami style straps. 100% Rayon give this piece, no stretch. Size 3 in Torrid, really means it runs smaller, so I would be about an 18W (smaller to average 2X) to have it flow loosely and comfortably. It is shown on a 1X (16W) mannequin. It is either a “mini-dress” or super tunic length, depending upon your height. 36″ length.
