New with tags. Torrid sleeveless top with high silver beaded collar in black. The material is 100% polyester and has no stretch. It is see-through in the light. The size of the top is Torrid 1(14/16) and is shown on a 1X(16W) mannequin. It is true to size and since it has no stretch you may want to be a 14. The length of the top is 28″. The collar has a two button closure with a 6″ opening.
