3X(22W/24W) Olivia Blu Top and bonus necklace

Nearly new. Olivia Blu top in black with silver metallic thread. The fabric is 67% nylon, 27% lurex and 6% spandex which has a lot of stretch. The size of the top is 3X(22W/24W) and is shown on a 20X mannequin. It fits more like a 2X(18W/20W). The length is 31″ making it tunic length.
